Our ordinary shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and PLUS on 23 June 2008 (International Security Identification Number: GB 0005630420).

There are no other exchanges or trading platforms on which the company has applied or agreed to have it's shares admitted or traded. The Ordinary Shares have not been, and will not be, registered under the US Securities Act or under the securities laws of any state, district or other jurisdiction of the United States, or of Canada, Australia, the Republic of South Africa, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland or Japan or any other jurisdiction and no regulatory clearances in respect of the Ordinary Shares have been, or will be, applied for in any jurisdiction other than the UK. There are no shares held in treasury.
