To develop and grow nurse led community support packages for people who have significant continuing health care needs. The role calls for someone with commercial insight as well as a clinical background in nursing or other health profession. The person will have operational accountability for the performance and quality of all services delivered under the Mears Nurseplus brand in England and Wales and will work closely with their opposite number who covers Scotland and Northern Island. This is very much a business development role for a self starter who is able to orgaise their own day to day schedule and at the same time enjoys being part of a wider team. Location is flexible
