  • Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company received notification on 7 November 2006 of the following transactions on 3 November 2006 in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"): - Mr Reg Pomphrett, non-executive Director of the Company, sold 50,000 Shares at 316.36p per Share.

Following this disposal Mr Pomphrett's beneficial holding comprises 150,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.25% of the Company's issued ordinary shares; and - the estate of a deceased shareholder ("the Estate"), of which Mr R Pomphrett is an executor and is therefore deemed to have a non-beneficial interest, sold 62,500 Shares at 316.36p per Shares.

Following this disposal the Estate now holds 200,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
