The Company received notification on 27 December 2006 that David Robertson, Finance Director, gifted 4,612 ordinary shares of 1p each under the Company's SAYE scheme to his daughters on 25 December 2006. Following this disposal, Mr Robertson's beneficial holding comprises options over 333,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
