Mears Group PLC 13 April 2007 13 April 2007 Mears Group PLC ("Mears" or the "Company") Director Interest Further to the disclosure made in the offer announcement for Careforce Group plc ("Careforce") dated 5 March 2007, Mears has been informed today that Reg Pomphrett, a non-executive director of the Company, has closed contracts for difference over 20,000 Careforce ordinary shares at a price of 148 pence per share.
