    Mears 24-hour Customer Service Centre provides residents with a unique and efficient reporting service. 

    Residents can report routine or emergency repairs, 24 hours/day, seven days/week, 365 days/year.

    Centre staff are trained to a high level of technical and customer care-services knowledge and are able to deal with calls from different types of contract and understand the different contractual obligations and repair policies in place.
