Business Development Director
Ciaran has almost 20 years’ experience delivering housing, construction and related services to the public sector. As Business Development Director, he and his team work across the UK to provide value for money by creating innovative housing solutions and services for registered providers, government and investors.
Head of Commercial
Tanya has been in the Housing Sector for over 10 years, following a career in Banking. Her entrance into the sector involved working closely with Local Authority partners to provide affordable and good quality emergency and temporary accommodation. Since then she has held a number of Board and Trustee positions within Housing and Support Charities and Associations, including care, mental health and learning disabilities.
Contract Delivery Director
Amarjit has a wealth of experience in both the housing and building design services industries, delivering change management and having overall responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of a business within a G15 organisation.
Amarjit has a proven track record for delivering contracts, growth, projects, business transformation and operational efficiencies. Her experience includes developing management models and managing businesses in both the public and private sectors.
As the Contract Delivery Director, Amarjit is responsible for the successful delivery of the central government Key Worker contract, ensuring client expectations and contractual terms are met to allow for future growth opportunities.
Jon has nearly 20 years’ experience working at an executive level in the social housing sector. During his time at The Gateshead Housing Company as Managing Director he transformed the services provided, led on an increased new build programme and worked in partnership with the Council to set out a long term sustainable future for the housing company. He also led on the transfer of over 400 staff to the housing company as their responsibility grew to include the direct delivery of homelessness services, supported housing services, repairs, maintenance and capital investment.
Jon has overall responsibility for our change management and transformation programme, governance of our registered providers, improving our quality management systems and customer service standards, stakeholder engagement and developing new business models.
