Mears Group’s industry experts join panel discussions at Housing 2026 (23-25 June).

Katie Lavin, Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) for Mears Group, joined a panel discussion to explore how the sector speaks as one, whilst recognising the different places and people that benefit from their services.

Katie highlighted that, for Mears, this shared narrative is grounded in the role ESG plays across the organisation. It is embedded in day-to-day operations and in the services delivered to homes and communities across the UK.

Through its ESG strategy, Mears is focused on delivering meaningful environmental and social outcomes, helping to shape its approach as a leading provider of housing services managing and maintaining around 450,000 homes.

Hear Katie’s reflections on the session in the video below.
