The Commission on the Future of the Home Care Workforce
Good quality home care is essential to helping people live healthier and more independent lives. It is a key element in person-centred integrated health and social care.
The Commission, chaired by Paul Burstow MP, and supported by Mears and LGiU published its findings and recommendations for a home care workforce that is better skilled, better resourced and recognised for the vital contribution it makes.
