Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Fleet Administrator to join our dedicated team in Brentwood. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to colleagues and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities & Criteria

  • Fleet Administration
  • Auditing 250 vehicles within the Group
  • Looking at photos of the vans that are taken by operatives to ensure they are clean and damage free
  • Looking at mileage to ensure there are no discrepancies
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets  

Role Criteria

  • Fleet administration experience
  • Administration experience
  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • Experience with power BI
  • Good Customer service skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Process driven
