Salary: up to £39,000 per annum plus £4,000 company car allowance
We are looking for an Exceptional Business Analyst who is curious and inquisitive, evidence-led, customer focused and highly collaborative to join our team in Coatbridge.

About the Role:
To develop, produce and maintain management information (MI) to support commercial & management decision making, client KPI monitoring, project delivery and contract mobilisation. Promote the use of MCM within the branch and to continually look for process improvements and emerging technology to innovate.
This is a great opportunity to turn operational insight into clear requirements that shape system design, testing and successful transition into BAU.
You will be the link between operational and project teams, helping to understand what colleagues need, translate that into practical requirements and keep delivery focused on outcomes that work in the real world.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities
Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Gather, document and validate business requirements
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels
Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes and opportunities
Develop business cases and options appraisals
Support project delivery and change implementation
Monitor and measure business benefits and outcomes
Support Quality Assurance & audit

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience analysing operational and performance data.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Ability to interpret trends and translate data into actionable insights.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence to make recommendations.
