Contract: Permanent, 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £44,232.30 per annum + Car Allowance

About the Role:
As Contract Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operational and commercial contract delivery, ensuring performance is maintained in line with contractual obligations and company standards.
- Management of operational and commercial contract delivery
- Monitoring contract performance against agreed targets and commitments
- Managing works programmes, budgets, cash flow and project updates
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and quality standards
- Managing direct labour resources and supply chain partners
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and achieve efficiency savings
- Completing company and client reporting within required timescales
- Promoting a positive, customer-focused culture across all activities
- Driving customer satisfaction and achievement of contractual KPIs
- Managing employee performance, coaching and development
- Ensuring company assets are protected and maintained appropriately
- Providing accurate management reporting
- Building strong relationships with clients, service users and local communities
- Supporting continuous improvement through feedback and market insight
Key Criteria:
- Proven track record in capital works, programmed works, repairs and maintenance management and delivery
- Proven commercial and performance management experience
- Ability to manage multiple sites and contracts
- Experience working within a customer-focused environment
- Contract and project management experience
- Strong governance, risk management and business control experience
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- ILM accreditation or Level 4 Leadership and Management qualification
- IOSH or other health and safety qualification
- Experience working within social housing
- Experience working in partnership with local authority clients
