United Welsh wanted to take on the delivery of their own repairs and maintenance service, but were keen to continue to benefit from the systems and experience of an organisation like Mears. We helped United Welsh to establish its own subsidiary – Celtic Horizons – and entered into a ‘Wholly Owned Subsidiary’ arrangement where we shoulder half the risk and manage the client’s team as if it were our own.
