From this month (November 2026), Mears Group will deliver a comprehensive range of property repair services to over 13,000 homes across the East of England, on behalf of housing association Cross Keys Homes.
This new five-year partnership builds on almost two decades of successful collaboration and reflects the Client’s continued confidence in Mears’ ability to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

This significant five-year agreement comes with the option to extend by a further five years, reinforcing Mears’ strong position within the housing sector.
