Care UK in Dunoon, now part of Mears Group, offers the second best home care in the whole of Scotland, according to those who have used the service.The Dunoon branch came second out 695 homecare agencies in Scotland in theTop 10 Agencies Awards 2015 by homecare.co.uk. The Awards highlight the most recommendedhome care agenciesineach region of the UK and are based on over 3,000 recommendations received last year from service users as well as their family and friends.Homecare.co.uk lists thousands of home care providers across the country, allowing anyone to search for care services in their area. It also lets people who have experienced services firsthand post recommendations, giving added confidence to those looking for care services. These recommendations also form the basis for the Top 10 Agencies Awards.Service user Muriel Mrecommended Care UK in Dunoon, saying: “I was very pleased with the care I received. The carers were very courteous and most helpful. They were all very pleasant and eased a very difficult time for me (and my husband). I was very appreciative of the help I received.”Karin L, granddaughter of a service user, said: “As a family we are delighted with the care my gran is getting.
