Careline already works with Mears in Amesbury so continuity of service for existing customers will be maintained.Mears has made the acquisition as part of its efforts to grow its care workforce in Wiltshire and surrounding areas. With this acquisition Mears welcomes 35 new members of staff and the company are looking to recruit more local people with a passion for care.Care workers will be offered guaranteed contract hours together with an excellent remuneration package.
