Mears is sponsoring the Chartered Institute of Housing's Repairs and Maintenance Conference and Exhibition on 15 and 16 May 2014 at the Crowne Plaza, Nottingham.
Jane Nelson, Executive Director, Mears Group, will be speaking at the keynote session to open the conference on 15 May at 11:45am, together with Steve Tucker, Senior Associate, CIH Consultancy and former Chief Executive, Hackney Homes. This opening session looks at what actions to take to optimise the performance of repairs service as the sector strives to deliver greater value for money. Together they will discuss the key issues and challenges for the sector in delivering an effective repairs service.
