Mears has been shortlisted for the Charlton Triangle Energy Saving Project in the Best Green Scheme category of the 24 Housing Awards 2013.
The shortlisted project not only modernised and improved a whole community, but will save residents money on their heating bills by vastly reducing energy use and carbon emissions.
