About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative support across the business, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, timely communication, and smooth processing of materials, purchase orders, and invoicing. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a responsive, customer‑focused service, maintaining high standards of health & safety, professionalism, and asset care, while supporting continuous improvement through meetings and training.

Duties:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support in line with standard operating procedures
  • Record and respond to client, service user, and internal communications
  • Support administrative activities across the local team, branch, and internal departments
  • Process materials requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and credit/debit notes
  • Input cost data accurately to support job completion and invoicing
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service when communicating with service users and stakeholders
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely updates on ongoing works
  • Work collaboratively with administrators, operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors to support efficient service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, professionalism, and company representation
  • Care for company assets and report any damage in line with company policy
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required to support continuous improvement

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a Administrator/Telephone based role.
  • IT literate – Microsoft office
  • Good Communication skills
