About the Role
We're seeking a highly analytical and results-driven professional with proven experience in data science and business intelligence. You’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance improvements through advanced analytics. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and customer performance metrics is essential. You’ll collaborate across teams, identify trends, and deliver clear, impactful reports that shape business strategy. A strong grasp of customer satisfaction analytics and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are key to success in this role.
Role Criteria
- Proven experience in analytics and data science, delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Proficient in business intelligence tools, especially Power BI, for creating interactive dashboards and reports
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheets), including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Highly numerate and confident in interpreting and communicating results of numerical analysis
- Skilled in collaborating with internal teams and departmental leads to understand needs and align on goals
- Experienced in partnership, alliance, and cross-functional collaborative working
- Proficient in identifying root causes through analysis of diverse data sets
- Capable of preparing clear, insightful reports to inform strategic decisions
- Continuously engaged in reviewing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities
- Proactive in identifying evolving business needs and recommending data-driven solutions
You must have:
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics, with experience analysing feedback to identify trends and drive improvements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Skilled in customer performance analytics, with a focus on actionable outcomes
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a creative and analytical mindset
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of performance mechanisms and the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Working knowledge of Power BI for building dashboards and delivering performance insights
