Location: Coatbridge- With travel where required to site

Contract: Full time - Permanent – 40hrs per week. Monday – Friday 08.00-4.30

Salary: £42,464.80 per annum, plus a car allowance or company vehicle and great company benefits!

The successful Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of delivery of responsive and planned Fire, CCTV and Security Systems work. This will include reactive, pre-planned maintenance works and project type works.

Ensuring all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the delivery of responsive and planned Fire, CCTV and Security Systems work. This will include reactive, pre-planned maintenance works and project type works. The role is predominantly to work with partner contractors to deliver a robust 24/7 service maintaining high service standards and improving the estate where requested.

Key Criteria

  • City & Guilds or equivalent in a trade discipline.
  • Experience working in relevant industry
  • Excellent communication
  • People management with the ability to lead & mentor others
  • Ability to negotiate and influence others
  • Strong customer focus
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driving license
  • Knowledge of Fire safety and security would be beneficial

Previous experience as a supervisor would be welcomed but not essential. It would also be advantageous if you have worked within a Social Housing sector.
