Mears Group has today, Monday 15 September 2025, announced the acquisition of Warrington-based property surveying and consultancy, Pennington Choices Limited.
Pennington Choices is a well-established property consultancy with 25 years’ experience in the social housing sector, employing 150 people. The company works nationally, delivering contracts in England, Scotland and Wales.
Pennington Choices delivers a broad range of professional and technical services including fire safety, asbestos management and stock condition surveys, project management, and housing consultancy.
