We operate a text messaging service for customers with a mobile telephone number registered on our system. This will send a text reminder the day before the appointment and a further text to advise you when the operative is on his/her way to you.
We are using technology to help make the way customers interact with us even safer when sorting a repair. The latest improvement means that you can interact with us throughout the life of the repair to let us know of any specific needs. Customers will be able to update us of any changes and communicate with our operative. This means we can provide piece of mind about when we will be visiting so customers can anticipate our arrival.
For added security, MCMLive will show the operative’s name and picture which can be matched with the electronic ID badge on arrival.
The system allows for customer to unsubscribe from this service if they choose.
