NCSW21 - Celebrate your Customer Service Heroes on Recognition Day

It’s the final day of #NationalCustomerServiceWeek and today focuses on Recognising Customer Service Heroes.

Given everything which has happened in the last year, it is more important than ever to recognise the individuals and teams that have gone above and beyond.

Last year, we launched our Mears Amazing People campaign – this enables colleagues to nominate a colleague, manager, or team who have exceeded all expectations and demonstrated our Red Thread values.

Since the launch of our campaign, we have received incredible nominations from across the business, acknowledging and rewarding our colleagues for truly going above and beyond.

We shall continue to recognise our colleagues and celebrate the achievement of those who have made a significant impact on our customers and colleagues.
