Facilities Management services are core to our business and we work closely with the other maintenance divisions that make up the majority of our business. We have developed a highly successful partnering model to deliver innovative FM services to clients and end users from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds throughout the UK.

The NWCD includes the following built assets:

Nature of the Service

  • Onsite 24/7 365 CAFM Helpdesk service
  • Planned preventative maintenance to ensure compliance
  • Estates and building maintenance (inc utilities monitoring, HVAC, L8 and water management, BMS, M&E and fabric, solar PV, district heating)
  • Cleaning services (inc washroom services, internal and external glazing, feminine hygiene, deep cleaning, kitchens and catering equipment)
  • Grounds maintenance (hard and soft, including specialist pitch maintenance)
  • Car parking services (inc. traffic management and parking enforcement)
  • Waste management (including underground bins with fill monitoring systems)
  • Pest control
  • Portering, mail room services and concierge

Our staffing structure focuses on providing a multi-skilled trade team across both hard and soft services. We upskill certain members of our Soft FM team to enable them to carry out statutory testing (i.e. water temperature tests).
