Landlords

What Mears will do:

• Mears will pay a guaranteed rent each month
• Three-year term
• Unlimited deposit indemnity
• Council tax, water and utilities will be transferred to the Occupants by Mears
• Repair any Service User damage

What the Landlord will do:

As a landlord you will be responsible for maintaining certification and statutory compliance including Energy Performance, EICR and the initial Gas Safety. As a landlord you will retain the obligation to repair the property.

What types of properties are we looking for?

We are particularly interested in properties with five to nine beds. We also have some interest in one to two bed properties.

How much rent will you get?

The amount of rent we can pay you each month will depend on a number of factors, including:

• The size of your property
• Where it is
• The local market rates
