As a landlord you will be responsible for maintaining certification and statutory compliance including Energy Performance, EICR and the initial Gas Safety. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing the structure and exterior of the property, such as the roof, walls, foundations, flooring, heating and ventilation, sanitation, and drainage.
Our properties are assessed against the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) and we have a host of in-house professionals who can provide upgrades, inspections, remedial works and planned maintenance at discounted rates to further reduce the active burden on management.
Primarily our focus is on 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom unfurnished properties in England and Wales. These properties will need to be ready for letting by July 2024. Our service users are fully supported during their residency.
