Inverclyde based, Cloch Housing Association has just announced a 4-year contract with MPS (previously known as Mitie). The newly acquired company will handle most of Cloch’s reactive maintenance and voids work across Cloch’s stock of 1390 properties and the associated common areas.
The contract, which starts on 1st April 2019, is worth over £3 Million and will see MPS replacing Novus as Cloch’s main contractor. With a focus on improving customer service and getting jobs done to a high level of satisfaction, MPS and Cloch will work to secure community benefits through training and employability measures as well as delivering an outstanding service to Cloch’s customers.
