Croydon Churches Housing Association (CCHA) is delighted to be working in partnership with Mears, the leading social housing repairs and maintenance provider in the UK, to provide high quality services to residents for a total of 10 years. The contract, which will commence on 1 July, will ensure that residents see improvements to repairs and maintenance services, enhanced value for money and additional investment in the local area. The tender was awarded after extensive consultation which included CCHA’s Residents Scrutiny Panel and external consultants.
