Eastbourne contract win for Mears

Mears Group has again been awarded the contract with Eastbourne Homes, an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) of Eastbourne Borough Council, to deliver responsive repairs, voids, aids and adaptations works to the borough.The new five-year contract, which includes a possible extension of a further five years, starts on 1 April this year and reflects the consistently strong service delivery, high customer satisfaction and excellent working relationship developed with the client over the past years delivering repairs and maintenance to about 4,260 resident properties.Michael O'Brien, Head of Property Services, Eastbourne Homes said, “We are very happy that Mears has won the contract to continue deliver our responsive repairs and voids contract, and to further build on our strong working relationship.”Simon Teague, General Manager, Mears Eastbourne, said, “We are delighted that all our hard work put into this contract has been rewarded with this contract win.
