Excellent results for tenant satisfaction in Cross Keys Peterborough Branch

Peterborough's Repair and Maintenance operation has just received the results of its annual tenant satisfaction survey from the client, Cross Keys Homes (CKH): Overall satisfaction has increased by 3% to 93% with satisfaction from residents of Sheltered Housing Schemes at 96%.Sending through the results to the Mears team, Mick Leggett Chief Executive CKH says: "The figures for all the other questions are also excellent. I will make special mention of satisfaction with repairs and maintenance (general needs). This year's response is 92%, a 5% leap in satisfaction from last year. That is the highest figure I have ever seen for a housing organisation for its repair service."For the first time we asked tenants if they would recommend CKH to family and friends, 90% said yes. 85% said that we have a good reputation. This is a wonderful result in what are challenging times for our customers and staff. It is testament to the hard work and enthusiasm of everyone who plays a vital part in making these results possible. Well done and thank you."Well done to everyone in our Peterborough operation.Pictured is Mick Leggett Chief Exec of CKH, Carley Lilley Customer Care Manager, Training Academy Manager Tracey Wood, and Dave Richardson Project Coordinator for CKH.
