Mears Care Retains Customer Service Excellence Standard

Mears Care has retained the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard, a Government backed accreditation scheme that places customers at the centre of the services they receive.The CSE standard focuses on five key areas: customer insight, the culture of the organisation, information and access, delivery and timeliness, and quality of service.During the five-month long re-accreditation process, CSE assessors identified many examples of Best Practice within Mears Care, and gave many the highest grade – ‘Compliance Plus’, showing that Mears is committed not only to meet customer expectations but to exceed them.Mears Group Customer Success Manager Gillian Yeoman said, “We are delighted that Mears Care has been re-accredited with the Customer Service Excellence standard. It is a testament to the hard work of our care colleagues and demonstrates that customers are at the heart of everything we do.“We pride ourselves on proactively engaging with customers in order to continually improve and deliver a service that gets a little bit better with every experience.“We would like to thank our teams at Torbay, Wiltshire, St Neots, Wirral, Middlesbrough and Rossendale in truly demonstrating that we are making a positive difference to the lives of our customers.”
