Mears Group Offering Free Training to Colleagues and Customers

Mears Group has recently launched its new free training scheme, Mears Pathways, which is available to all customers and colleagues to support career development and employability.

Mears are committed to making a positive difference to enable individuals and communities to flourish and thrive. 

Creating Chances is one of the Mears' four social value priorities, and Pathways is a great opportunity to offer free learning to our customers and communities, to enable learning and career opportunities.

Developed through a strategic partnership with the Learning Curve Group, a national education and expert training provider, Mears Pathways will provide career, skills and employment opportunities to both staff and customers and colleagues in the communities it serves.

What does Pathways offer?

Mears Pathways will provide access to fully funded, flexible learning programmes, covering a wide variety of subjects, including:

  • Health Awareness 
  • Dementia Awareness
  • Mental Health 
  • Diversity & Inclusion 
  • Employability
