Mears Group has secured a new five-year contract with Leeds City Council, worth around £18.5 million annually, with the option to extend for a further five years.
Mears Group has secured a new five-year contract with Leeds City Council, worth around £18.5 million annually, with the option to extend for a further five years.

From October 2026, Mears will deliver responsive repairs as well as cyclical maintenance services to almost 20,000 homes in west Leeds, working on behalf of Leeds City Council.

The partnership builds on over 10 years of successful collaboration and reflects Leeds City Councils continued confidence in Mears’ ability to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services to people in Leeds.
