New Mears Site Presentation Award

In addition to the Mears New Homes Site Safety Award, which has been running bi-annually for 2 years; we have now introduced a new Site Presentation Award which will be presented quarterly.

This new award will recognise the Site Management Team who consistently demonstrate exceptional Site presentation and image, in terms of hoarding and signage, storage and orderliness; community engagement and other core principles in line with Considerate Constructors.

The first of these awards has been presented by our Managing Director, Tim Carpenter, to Justin Mead, our Site Manager for our Hunters Grove Development at Cambridge Road, Puckeridge.

Justin said;

"Its nice to receive this award after only being with the company for 5 months. As we all know, a clean and tidy site is a safe site which is the most important thing. It also means it runs productively to programme and reaches key stages through the build without disruption. I believe that having a well presented site is a good advert for the business,which flows through to the standard and quality of the homes that we deliver"

Tim Carpenter said;

"Our sites are our shop window and give a strong insight into what our new homes will be like, both in terms of specification and quality. We recognise our top performers with this special award and are delighted that Justin Mead is the recipient this time"

Well done to the Puckeridge Team from everyone at Mears.
