Mears, the UK’s leading provider of social housing repairs and maintenance, has had its outstanding tenant engagement recognised once again.TPAS – the Tenants Participation Advisory Service, the only independent evidence-based accreditation scheme for resident schemes – presented Mears with contractor accreditation this month (October) for the fourth time.TPAS recognised Mears for its credibility and commitment in achieving high standards of tenant involvement.
