Mears New Homes has been appointed to a new “Construction Framework,” which has been set up to deliver Design and Build and fully specified services for residential developments for both Hertsmere and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Councils.
The Framework will operate for a minimum of 3 years with a potential 4th year extension and will present potential contract opportunities across two project lots of sub-£1m and £1m plus. Mears are one of just three providers appointed to each lot.
Projects will range in size from small scale infill sites and contractors will be appointed to each project via mini-tender to undertake the works.
