The off plan Sales Launch for our Hunters Grove scheme in Puckeridge, Hertfordshire, was held at Hanbury Manor in Ware on Saturday.
The event was extremely busy throughout the day and concluded with 50% of the initial sales release being reserved, with a number of further positive leads coming via our Part Exchange scheme.
The development is being delivered in partnership with Lea Valley Homes and Aldwyck Housing Association and comprises 14 market sale homes along with 3 shared ownership homes as part of the affordable housing provision on the site.
The launch also secured interest in all three of the shared ownership homes.
Our Sales Team was supported by Steve Pickering, from Lea Valley Homes and Lauren Simpson and Gill Johnson from Lanes New Homes team.
Works are progressing well on site, although we are expecting all units to be reserved from plan prior to the first units being completed.
