Applications are now open in Mears teams across the UK for a wide range of trades apprenticeships including bricklaying, blacksmithing, plumbing and carpentry, as well as office-based roles in human resources, customer service, business administration and more.
Successful candidates will gain skills for life and join an award-winning organisation that has been ranked as one of the top ten Best Big Companies to work for in the UK for over five years. Our 322 current apprentices, plus an additional 91 colleagues who are utilising apprenticeships to upskill, benefit from industry-leading training and hands-on experience overseen by mentors who are experts in their field, with many of them progressing to permanent roles at Mears.”
